Ted & Dana Witmer

Ted & Dana Witmer, who work with CrossWorld in Africa. Their first two years back in Africa were filled with lots of ministry and the Lord has blessed them to share in the amazing growth of S*** University and a drama outreach program in March where over 2000 responded to the Gospel.  C*** continues to experience unrest and trouble.

2010 Recap:

Praise God for Dana having a good year without significant back trouble. He has provided abundantly three new classrooms usable for the University (though unfinished) and some additional staff working full time for the University.

Please Pray:

• Please continue to pray:  for funds for the University for continued expansion.  In two years, the number of students has increased from 65 to 500. 
  
  
• Pray for the Lord to provide keen new faculty as the school expands.

• Please pray for Dana as she serves those with war-damaged lives and those facing AIDS.  She needs to better manage the stress of living in a place of such great need medically. 
  
  
• Please thank God for the Witmer’s, for their love for the people of Africa and for the many talents and abilities God has given them for their work.

• Perseverance in ministry when the needs seem overwhelming.
  
  
• Plans to have a Ph.D program in Theology start in 2011.
  
  
• Please pray for support for them and their work and for safety in times of trouble, Dana’s restored health and travelers mercies as they finish up their time in the U.S. and then go back to C***. 
  
  
• Please pray for continued strength for them to stand in the face of spiritual and physical warfare.  May God bless them and keep them safe.
