"For it is all for your sake, so that as grace extends to more and more people it may increase thanksgiving, to the glory of God." — 2 Cor. 4:15

November 18, 2018

After two years, we come to the final passage of Genesis this Sunday. This book that began with God speaking life into existence ends with bones in a coffin. But Joseph’s last words are spoken with rock-solid faith in God’s faithfulness and his coffin would continue to “speak” those words of faith to God’s people for generations to come until the day when God would continue moving His redemption story forward toward fulfillment.

In preparation for Sunday, would you take some time to read Genesis 49:28-50:26 and ask the Lord to use the preaching of this passage and our gathered worship to produce in us a rock-solid faith in God’s faithfulness?

Kenny Clark will be preaching and Caleb Parker will be leading our sung worship. They would greatly appreciate your prayer for them as they prepare.

See you Sunday!
